While some of us have independently worked on international markets, we are a new company made of up of two americans, one vietnamese-american, and one japanese-american. One of our principals owns substantial quantities of rice in Vietnam. The rice is ours. We also have direct supplier contacts for wheat, sugar, and blankets in Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, Africa, Mexico, India, and Pakistan. We only deal with buyers directly.

We will provide legal Proforma Offers to buyers only and accept communications from mandate/broker/legal representative of buyer.

However, all contracts must be signed by the buyer. We strongly prefer all transactions in USD by a world recognized internaitonal banking institution. We strive to close contracts within 30 days of negotiations but not later than 60 days after negotiations commence.
